LNC003 No start help

LNC003 No start help
So I helped my neighbor wire in a LPE 2 step today and now the car won't start and inneed help figuring out ideas on where to trouble shoot.
We wired up per the instructions (and how I'm 99.9% sure the one in my car is wired)
Power from fuse 22 in the footwell we'll with 10amp fuses running to one side of the clutch switch. Other clutch switch prong split off of the connector one running to the LNC line, the other running to a replay Terminal (85), terminal 86 to ground on the column. One stock clutch switch fire to 30, the other to 87.
If you push the clutch switch you can hear the relay click. Turn the key and absolutely nothing from the starter. Fuel pump primes gauges cycle etc like everything was correct.
Tomorrow I'm gonna go back and take the connectors off of the the stock clutch wires and twist em together and see if it'll fire then.
Any other suggestions??
