I just noticed that the RPM/X1000 legend in the tach is not illuminated when the car is running. The MPH legend lights even in the daytime with all exterior lights off but the RPM/X1000 doesn't.
I'm assuming it should be light any time the MPH legend in the speedo is illuminated. Am I looking at having to pull the dash to replace a bulb?

The RPM/x1000 legend does not light up. The MPH KPH lights up when you switch between English and Metric.
All markings on the face of the gauges are lit by black-light tubes from the sides of the cluster. If you look carefully at night you will see a purple glow from the sides.
So, all that to say your cluster is OK. No need to change any bulbs yet.
