is this the cd changer that comes stock in a Z06?
Does the cable come pre run in a 2001 Z06 for the cd changer?
and where in the truck will i find the cable to hook this to?

You don't have prewiring on a stock car for that to work.

The Z06 doesn't come stock with a cd changer but fortunately you can install one factory like with a bit of effort. Check the tech tips.
