Color question
My 04 color is Red metallic II with oak convert top .. I have not seen any others in my area .. Just curious if this is/was a popular color ?

Not the most popular, but certainly not rare or anything. If you look at the production numbers across the years, there are 10's of thousands of Magnetic Red C5s out there. I've seen at least 3-4 other Mag Red cars since I bought mine a few years ago.

I asked a similar question a few months ago.
I have had my 04 convertible a little over three years, and have yet to see another mag red like mine.

2004 Convertible Magnetic Red metallic II total of all combinations:1647 units
With Light Oak top and interior:
Manual transmission: 251 total
Auto transmission: 832 total
With black interior and Light Oak top:
Manual transmission : 0 total
Auto transmission : 1 total
Anyone else that would like to know the rarity of their interior/exterior/top/transmission combination for their 2001-2004 C5--let me know.

Not really - it is a beautiful color on the C5. The mag red color wasn't in the top three colors, but it wasn't the least favorite either.

My 04 is Magenta red with light oak interior, may not have been the most popular with everyone else, but it is the most popular with me and that is what is important. You see a few, but not many that makes it unique in my opinion.

i like the color / combo and dont think of it as a old geezer combo .. I just hadn't seen any others .. Thanks for the replies.....

I don't see a lot of the 2004 commemorative around my area but I do see that Lemans Blue on tons of c7's It must be the in color for that model
