Column lock madness
Can't wait to get my car back tomorrow morning. Went to New Hampshire to relax and have some fun driving around on the beautiful mountain roads. Ended up with "column lock" codes and a 101 mile tow to a Chevy dealer some friends of mine had done business with. I was four hours away from home. The dealership is two hours away from home. Column lock recall had already been done. They found a loose ignition wire (not sure if that would have anything to do with the column lock issue). Anyway I'm getting her back tomorrow morning and will have a LMC5 module ready to put in the car as soon as I get home. Then I'm doing the lumbar air bladder replacement I was planning on. Hopefully I won't have anymore issue for a while.
