Corvettes & Caddies
I was able to go home this morning from work and get my car for the monthly Corvettes & Caddies gathering at Bourbon Street Wraps in Chandler, Arizona. Had more show up then I thought would. The Caddies were a bit MIA as they were scared of the hot weather I think and only 3 showed up. Joe from Cordes Performance showed up with his C5 and a couple Camaros showed up as well. Lots of horse power between the 3 of them.
Enjoy the video. Suppose to be in the 120's the next couple days. May have to just stay in the pool and under the water. But then it might be boiling so that might not work either.

Nice video! The smoke you saw on my oassen side is from my breather, I have an open to atmosphere system and the tank is mounted on my driver side behind my fender. Being on e85 you'll get a lot of condensation and vapor come out.

Thanks for the explanation. I'll make sure BadBob reads this so he knows too. Good seeing you and your car. That thing is amazing.

I grew up in a hot climate area(for Canada) and was surprised to see so many black and dark colored Corvettes, whats with that? I was taught to buy a light color vehicle to keep cool. Also surprised the almost lack of verts...what is the reason? Thank you for a fine vid that I really enjoyed. Greetings, Rob

Can't say much for everyone else but I don't care much for the Verts. Especially here in Arizona. Heat just radiates into the cabin with the fabric top. I can't handle it so that's why I personally have the coupe. As for the dark colors, that's really just a personal thing here also. I have a light colored car and truck that I drive also. So I guess I'm saying it's pretty much a personal preference.

Great meeting you officially and I'm happy to have a vehicle in one of the vids, too bad it's the race car and not the Z lol.
My take on the darker colors here is they're easier to keep clean with 330 days of sun so they're popular. Nobody wants to clean a car often and the dark colors are less forgiving in less car friendly environments.
