Default Big 3 upgrade

Well sorta. Just didn't run a line from the battery negative to engine. Anyways, been having weird electrical things happening. I've only owned the car since April; my first corvette. Then the steering column lock code occurred so I felt it was time to address the issues. While installing the LCM5 bypass I went ahead and upgraded the ground wires along with a new power wire. I used Knu Konceptz 1/0 kolossus fleks kable, their fuse holder, and Sky High Car Audio copper lugs. I've used products from both companies many times for audio installations. Great stuff. Thought I would post pictures.

Looks good! I was going to do the diy approach, but my little sister got me the big 3 kit for a Xmas gift. She's a good one.

I use knukonceptz wiring in my C5 as well, good stuff. LOTS of 0-gauge including a run to the rear for the stereo's 2K wattage.
Of course, I did the Big 3 as well.

KnuKonceptz is on amazon. Better to visit their site. I can put together some part numbers if you need them. The copper lugs I purchase from Sky High audio. Those are the best I've found and they come with the correct shrink tubes.

Did you crimp or solder the copper lugs? What part is the battery post / terminal?

This is on my bucket list for next year along with replacing all the ground straps around the car.

Nice work.

I ordered and installed the Saccity Big 3 kit. Comes with everything you need. Easy install as well.

yeah, i've looked at that kit. i like the fuse holder and where it mounts. i don't like the weak 4/0 wire.
