Default Z06 tires

Having trouble finding Z06 tires. Only options people can find are the f1 supercars, which reviews say are underperforming for their cost. The other option is the potenzas which every time I check, the fronts are on back order.

What are people running? I am looking for general performance. Might see some rain, and colder weather, but mostly a noce day car.

Any help would be appreciated.

Why can you not run standard C5 sizes. I am running coupe sizes on ZO6 size rims.

You can go to a 255 or 275 series tire up front. That will open up your choices. I personally do a lot of highway driving. I chose the Continental DWS06 tires. They handle rain beautifully and keep their traction in colder temps.

I had the 275 series on the front and now have 255 series. I like the feel of the 255 better than the 275. The 275 had a mushy turn-in feel compared to a 265 or 255.

Z forum discusses this fairly often. Current offerings appear to be:
Toyo Proxes T1
Michelin PSS (IIRC)
Bridgestone mentioned
Continental DW
Goodyear F1 (what I have, as the PO had bought them to sell)
A couple of these may have availability issues with front or rear? Or may only have 255 or 275 only for the front.

I am running Nitto NT-05's (275/295) on stock Z-06 wheels. Love them.

I recently bought some deep dish "zo6" rims 17x9.5, 18x10.5. Up front I have Nitto NT555 G2 275/40r17 and rear I have Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S 305/35r18. Front tire is same exactly height required for non z06 which is 25.7" and the rear is alittle smaller than stock, 26.61" (stock = 26.7")
