I would also be curious if you have any track footage. When I run even down a short straight to 122ish I can see a 3mph difference down the straight based on just how I hit the turn and the time of day. If you didn't do all three on the same day then that 3-5 mph especially down a long straight doesn't mean much.
Bought it used. Sold it to another forum member.
I am both educated and experienced in engineered testing, my results are real.
And I am not going to get in a pissing contest with a vendor, that's my experience, take it or leave it.

Right after independent tests show a Vararam outperformed the zip tie mod? His test is not one bit different than yours (except he has no vested interest)... no dyno results by an independent company, just speeds down a track... OK, good.
Don't get me wrong, I fully have believed in getting the coldest air possible to a motor since the 70's (when just about everybody was installing carb top open filters). But just stating the car is quicker = nothing from a vendor who sells the product.
And this post will probably be deleted.

I researched this four years ago and there was a study proving the Vararam doesn't produce any additional horsepower until about 60mph when the airflow begins increasing. It's also very dangerous if you get caught in a heavy rain as you can't drive through any depth of water. I went with the SLP Blackwing and it's great. Really opens up the C5Z!

You're not very bright, eh?
Reread my original post, it is the the Reverse Zip Tie, the air filter housing is flipped over and a corresponding hole is cut in the air dam in front of the radiator/ AC condensor. The C5 is a bottom feeder and this supplies cold air to the filter housing. Completely different from the basic Zip Tie mod. Also have the screens in the bumper taped shut, they do nothing more than look cool and create unnecessary drag (look it up!). I have run the same track with the same car for 4 years, my lap time are very consistent. Most importantly: I don't give a ***** what you think.

Reread my post; I was actually on your side, stating that the Vararam seller had a biased interest, and had no tests showing you were wrong. But OK...
