Reusing Emblems

I just put new emblems on Mordoh a couple of months ago but now need to take them off for a paint job. Anybody know any way to reuse them once the sticky foam adhesive is ruined?

Clean off all the old adhesive and get some new 3M adhesive tape. Apply it the emblem and cut around it with a xacto knife or razor blade. You can also use 3M Emblem and Trim adhesive glue to reattach them.

I removed my trunk emblem. I'd pull the nose emblem off if there wasn't a locating hole in the bumper cover..

I reused my front emblem when I repainted my front bumper cover. I did exactly what the posters above said.

It works just fine and has stayed on for over a year now. Good luck with yours.
