Hey guys, long time LS1Tech lurker. I found this at a UAW employee's estate sale. I can't find anything online about it... thought some here might know it.

This design is one of 4 noted in the book "ALL CORVETTES ARE RED" by James Schefter (after page 128). Here is the caption about the designs:
"EARLY SKETCHES IN THE BUBBLE-UP PHASE OF 1989 AND THE STOP-AND-G0 DESIGN PERIOD OF 1990 AND 1991 HAD TOO MUCH IMAGINATION. THESE CARS, CHEVY DECIDED, WOULD NOT MAKE FUTURE CORVETTE BUYERS HAPPY."
