I went ahead and reinstalled the stock F-55 shocks on all four corners. Bought the rears on Amazon, fronts on one of the GM Direct websites. Expensive ~$2,500 total costs. But, I installed them myself with great guidance from previous posters on this website. (thanks much). I wanted to stay stock and the ride's greatly improved.
FWIW, one of the orders for the front shocks was totally botched by the seller. If you're interested, PM me and I'll share the details. I don't want to openly slam any vendor used here.
