Cleaned engine area today. Sprayed some water. Now outside air temp is about 40 degrees off. Will that correct itself after a while. Anyway, where is sensor located?
Once everything is dry it should read correctly, wet sensor will read whatever whet bulb temp is outside (cooler in dryer air) I would think this would not take long to dry, atleast not here. So my answer is a firm maybe
Btw
That difference is too high for just a wet sensor (wet bulb reading), it may still correct itself if a connector got wet and is effecting the resistance reading. Still a maybe
