Ok, so I need a new rim for my car.
I don't know the size, however the tire size is 285 35 19
Is that a 19 x 10 rim?
I can't take it off the car to measure it.
Thanks!
Well definitely 19" diameter. Stock is 275 40 18 , 9.5 wide . Do you need 2 or just one ? Just 1 match other sides wheel , 2 I think 10 would work . Your tire is slightly wider with smaller aspect ratio . I'm sure others will chime in .
They are aftermarket rims.
The front are 18", rear 19"
I am buying a pair. They are no longer made but I found 3 and have to make sure the width is right. And it appears that the 19" rims only came in one width (10") so I think I am good to go.
I curbed the car and the lip of one rim is chewed up and the rims/tires are the only thing on the car that are perfect so I am just replacing it rather than trying to fix it.
Congratulations-Sounds like you were successful in finding the size.
If you are buying two of the rims you should be in great shape. If they are a different width from your current rim at least you have a matching pair. If they are the same size, then you'll have a spare in case another calamity occurs. (Or you can always sell the extra rim, too).
I bought 2 from Tirerack. They only had 3 left - the only 3 I could find anywhere so I just bought a pair of them. One for now, and one for the next time I curb it.
