Could turn into flying knives shrapnel if the airbag was to deploy
A Takata airbag mod
Maybe you could buy the decal letters and find someone to copy cut them
out of SS for you without telling them exactly where you want to put them.
They also may be too small to make well out of SS

The whole concern with the Takata air bags is having metal fragments blow out with the bag and hit you in the face and/or body. People have died from it.
