Default A C frustration

Help! Cold ac under the hood, hot inside. Is there a quick fix? I read about doors. I had a 69 Grand Prix this happened once, turned out to be vacuum line slipped off or was pride off, while under the hood. Do we have a vacuum line? I ride a lot with Targa off,but would like option for ac, especially with my lady in the car.

Underhood? Yeah theres a vacuum canister and lines that control the vent settings, cold ac on the pass side vent and hot on driver side means low freon.

The canister is in the passenger side fender well. Behind the pcm, with the door open you can see the the side of it and 2 mounting screws.

I am in the same boat - I can grab the tubes that run along the firewall and they are cold - but nothing going on inside...

So thats what cold underhood stood for, didn't know that. Does the a.c. have any codes? I think if there's a problem with the doors it throws a code.

Oh, I didn't understand then, I never had that problem so I've really got no help. Maybe someone else will chime in that's experienced it.
