Some time ago I switched out the bulbs for LED's. I have been driving with groups the past few weeks and have received complaints that they don't believe my brake lights and tail lights to not be bright enough.
They look fine to me. Not real bright but I think they are OK.
Are there any high intensity LED's available?

Don't know where you bought your LED bulbs, but there are several forum vendors that sell very bright LEDs. Do a search and you should come up with some hits.
Put the stock lights back in! I don't know what the infatuation is with LEDs. It will not save your electric bill! It will make you do crazy and expensive things to overcome hyperflash. The new Mustangs with gay sequential flash will not be impressed . And regular folks won't tell you they are not bright enough.
There are some pretty bright LED's for pretty much all positions on these cars. The infatuation with LED's for me was to avoid problems again down the road. My front turn signal housings were burnt on the top inside and it melted a hole in it with the standard bulb. Both front and back sockets were burnt as well but I was able to save those for now. All positions on my car are LED's now. I think they are worth the investment to avoid hot spots and melting. But that's just me. I'm sure others feel the same as me though.

A hyperflash harness isn't expensive, and can actually be built for less than $30 (all parts are available). The front side marker LEDs I got are insanely bright, so much so that I modified it to have a dim and bright mode, and it acts as a side blinker.
