Yeah, me too :-) Looked through thousands of images on Google ("corvette c5 short spoiler") to see if I'd recognize but, but no joy. If it's homemade it's a real good job. I think it would look nice on a lighter coloured car like pewter, grey or white.
I can honestly say I've never seen that one before. Looks almost like a modified C6 stock spoiler to me. I kinda like it.
The stock C6 "spoiler" has the 3rd brake light built into it so it could be that it was cut out so that it could fit on the C5 rear fascia with the stock C5 rear light remaining in place . The C6 spoiler is usually body color.
Also the C6 'spoiler' sits on top of the truck lid, whereas this one seems to wrap around the lip of the trunk, framing the 3rd brake light. Weird that it's an unknown on this site. If it's never been seen on this site, then it probably doesn't exist and we're not really having this thread ;-).
I saw it at the Cars & Coffee at Lingenfelters in Wixon, MI. I decided not to put the license plate in the photo since some people prefer to blur, but it reads 747 (though partly in words). Might be a pilot?
It looks like there are some faint vinyl stripes as well? They seem to follow the width and flow of the spoiler. Perhaps it was an aftermarket package of some sort?
Seems to me it is a custom C6 base spoiler with a carbon fiber vinyl wrap. As mentioned on the C6 it sits up and has the 3rd brake light in it. My belief is this was modified to work this way.

I agree it's probably a C6 spoiler- think I have a couple in the garage- but they come in black- not body color. It's nice work - - -I may need to try that!
Yeah, must be home made since nobody on here recognizes it. Personally I doubt it's a whittled down C6 spoiler as those are normally hollow. Carving it would leave gaps, and there would be no surface to tape it down to the C5 trunk lid.
Oh well, looks like this won't be solved. I'll probably see the guy again next year so I'll ask him then...
