I googled copper clad fiberglass boards and found some that are 1/16” thick. For a small project that needs delicate handling like the fine groove we are discussing I would leave it full size and make the grooves first. I can also mount it to a piece of wood and then do the cutting. I think a fine blade would be necessary.
From what I saw about the solder paste it only requires a heat gun to activate?

Again, I think it is possible, but unpracticalvto make it on the table saw, but have a go at it by all means. As for melting the solder paste it can be done with hot air, but not with a typical heat gun rather it is done with a small handheld hot air wand that has tiny nozzles and adjustable temp settings to allow for the heating of a very localized area. I have one but most of the time I just touch the tip of a soldering iron to the paste and melt it that way..

I will send you a P.M. with links so that you will have the information you need without having this turn into a how to discussion. Thanks

Default Lights

Here is a short video of a walk around of the car at night now that all of the led lights are installed. The side marker lights did not photograph well, they are just too bright for my limited photography skills to over come.

They look great! If your camera has the ability to reduce the exposure, you can darken the pic to accommodate the side markers. OR use a flash/movie light to fight back the glare from the marker itself.

These things compliment my 168 LED license plate I made months ago very nicely!

Safety first! It's hard to get a picture of what it looks like in person but they're awesome whether they're on or off.

I agree!! That pic is very difficult to show all of the lights like that! Good job!

Sorry, I dont know what you need an update on? The car has been parked all winter, but hopefully I will get it out soon. No changes to the lights over the winter, they should be good to go this spring!
