Mine is fun in all conditions except maybe snow. But I also don't keep it garage-queen-clean either.
Regardless.....Enjoy!
I know, I know. In all honesty, this car scares me on dry pavement. Might take me awhile to get used to the idea of driving it when conditions are slick.
Got a chance to drive her for a couple hours this evening and last. The power difference between my outgoing Z06 and this ZR1 is staggering. Albuquerque/Rio Rancho have an elevation of just over a mile, and having a supercharger makes all the difference in the world.
The ride is about even with the '04Z. The magnetic shocks make a big difference, I'm sure, but the car is sitting on Michelin runflats. Runflats never feel that great. May experiment with the pressure in the coming weeks. Traction is good, until you cross the half throttle point. That's when the car starts demanding some respect.
The car has the 3ZR trim, and while the interior looks really nice, it's pretty chintzy. I would have to say that the C5's interior felt softer and more comfortable. Size wise, I'd say the C6 is just a pinch smaller on the inside.
