I did a bit more lengthy review on my build page

other than the hate i'm getting from the old men on the facebook pages for "making my car undriveable" the feedback on the way it sits has been positive. i 100% love the way it looks.

it looks extremely aesthetic on our cars. great job on the lip design. now i can't wait for the race version to be ready!
will the non race version be available for purchase with the updated lip with rolled edge? would like to have the option to purchase just the lip with the rolled area for attaching a splitter.

well dangit, I tried to test fit mine just sitting against the bumper to see how it looks and the center tray is hitting my intercooler... it will probably need to be trimmed a few inches but it should still work, it just might be a little longer before I get around to installing it

not a&a but I have a lowered cradle so it moves everything down to allow clearance up top so that's what causes the tray on the splitter to hit the bottom tank of the intercooler... if I trim a few inches off it should allow the splitter to fit in place and the tray will rest right up against the intercooler tank

yeah that's pretty much how mine is, I didn't describe it good enough... the cradle bolts directly to the frame so there are no spacers but the mounting locations are not in the stock position... I would like to stand the radiator/condendser/intercooler straight up and seal off the bottom but I would still probably have to trim the splitter tray... I guess I will cross that bridge when the time comes lol

So i still love my splitter. But i'm contemplating changing the mounting setup. We are supposed to go drag racing this weekend and maybe some autox in a few weeks. it'd be nice if i could quickly pull the splitter for these events. That way i don't smoke a cone and crack it. Or if we take a long trip i can yank it if i don't want it on (in case we get into some rough/bad roads).
I was looking at some of these options...
The U clips and screws require the least amount of modifications to anything, but are still a screw.
The black one with the ring on the end is kind of what i'm leaning towards.
but the others are options too...

how fast have you had your car up to since installing the splitter?... I'm curious how it hold up to high speeds... I might use some thin metal plates behind the bumper with rivet nuts to hold it all together

there's plenty of room for ones that don't require a screwdriver. I'm kinda digging the black one i posted since it'll be less modifications to the splitter to work.
I haven't yet. that's not a bad idea though. I used fender washers to try and spread the load.

After a very long consideration, we see that there isn't a very strong demand for this splitter style, we'll regretfully have to place a hold on the race edition splitter project until further notice.
Please let us know how we can help.
