It's easy, there's a very detailed thread somewhere around here with pics. Basically take wheel and rotor off and a adjuster thing to spin to adjust. Need to lube up the adjusters, that's probably the hardest part, getting them free.

Cycle the park brake lever three times in order to obtain proper park brake cable tension....taken right from the manual
On the other hand, this will only take up slack in the cable to a degree. In order to properly adjust the E-Brake you'll have to adjust the E-Brake shoes via the star wheel adjuster.
Taking rotor off will likely be hardest part of job if it never been taken off before. Factory put caliper brackets on with red loctite. If you have a lift you can probably break them loose with a breaker bar and cheater. On jack stands, not so easy. When changing rear hub, I wound up taking entire knuckle off the axles so I could get an impact wrench on the bracket bolts.

If you don't have an air wrench, purchase either an electric one or a battery powered impact wrench. It helps a lot. Just did a wheel bearing change and had to take everything off.
Beware the stealerships on this one. My E brake needed adjusting to get through state yearly inspection, would not quite hold the car. Got a call back from the stealership who advised the cables were stretched and it needed a whole new mechanism from the rear axle up to and including the interior lever. They said you can't buy individual parts, has to be purchased as a whole. They quoted a cost of $1500.00. They could tell me the sky was blue on a beautiful day, I would still go look for myself to check. Find a good shop for a fraction of what the stealership will charge you. Take care and beware the stealership!

If you can't wrench, you almost can't own one of these...if you have to take it to a Dealership/stealership every time we have a problem.
