$25K is the right price. But if he is firm at $28K and you want it, its only an extra $3K for a great car. New Z06 is upwards of $80K. You are paying less than a third for 100% of the fun. And if you plan to keep it, whats $3K in the long term? Nothing. So, if you love it and want it, buy it. Low miles cars are hard to find

I say go and look at the car... if it checks out to your satisfaction, then buy it. To the posters that say the price is too high, I say go find another one for the price that you think is reasonable for a car that's obviously been pampered
