It would be helpful to know what you've done or plan to do to your car. If stock, are planning to stay that way, and have been happy with the performance, stay stock.
I personally changed to a TICK so I could change the engagement point of the pedal. It is a much stiffer pedal feel too. I don't mind it but other who have driven my car don't like it.
