I have -- and my overall experience indicates The Rabbi has it right.
I bought ACC carpet from OC Carpet. Lowest price I could find on the interweb for what is ostensibly the same product. The OC Carpet part of the equation was good. Shipped quickly, arrived on time. The ACC part, on the other hand, is not impressive. The 'molded' fit doesn't. The jute backing is significantly different than the OEM, both in shape and in thickness. The binding around the parking brake was atrocious -- so much so that I cut it off and replaced it with door edging. Was planning to get matching floor mats, but since they would have the same poor binding I see no reason to do so.

If Vettenuts doesn't have your color I have also heard good things about this place:

I just installed ACC carpet from Stock Interiors. I also went for the ‘massbacking’ which made them harder to wrestle with. However, I wanted new and NONstock color. Their molding process is primitive compared to stock, and there are very little reference points for the larger pieces that require trimming. Since I did this during a time where the weather would not permit driving, time was a non issue. It took about a week to do everything, and I spent a lot of time creating reference marks that could be transferred to the new carpet, in particular the 2 pieces for the front floor. The time was well spent, since I didn’t have to do any further trimming when I installed it all in the car. It looks gorgeous, my car is now unique and my custom black leather changes don’t sink into the black carpet, they pop. I think the binding on mine looks fine and very nice on the matching floor mats.
Jep, they have a number of greys. I went with a darker taupe to go with my pewter paint, but I don’t think it will show dirt like some lighter tans. I highly recommend them, and they responded to any questions either on the phone or email quickly.
Because of the additional stiffness from the optional backing, I used a heat gun or fabric steamer to ‘coerce’ certain parts into shape. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

If I might add, Heyspike was my info source and inspiration for my rug changes. Here’s the link to his instructional mod:
