Here's a strange question. I'm replacing the lower dash vinyl with leather and I need either a pettern or template for the small end piece to the right of the glovebox. I pulled off the vinyl but it's molded in the shape of the piece it was covering so I can't get it to lay flat to trace a pattern for the leather. Just taking a shot in the dark that someone might have done this. Thanks for looking
Well, you kind of need to make your own. I used green painters tape, regular notebook paper and scissors to make this one.
Basically, I started with a long strip of tape down the inside edge wear the leather sits, added a few more strips just to get around the curve above the glovebox hinge and then just pulled it off and flattened it down onto the notebook paper. Then I made the contour cuts, positioned the paper in the same ledge area, added more paper, then cut a margin around the upper and outer edges.
