Radioflyer ACA headlights if you can't do any work yourself. Ebay ACA projectors with Lightwerkz C5 Mini H1 brackets and Mini H1 7.0s, or a cheaper option is with Acme projectors.
I used a pair of these LED low beam (part # 9006) replacements and they made a huge difference in night visibility. They are plug and play and take about 15-20 minutes to install, depending on how small your hands and arms are. Ran about $50.
