I have an old parts manual on PDF and it is listed as Cover, D/Seat ADJR FIN - part number 10246916. Passenger side is same part number.
The part number may have changed over the years. Best bet is to see if one of the used parts vendors has one in good shape. I bought a couple from VetteNuts years ago and they were in excellent shape.
