On this day let us not forget those that served and survived but were/are affected by the ravages of the wars. Too many of my brothers have been lost to "agent Orange".

Your insight brings up an important issue. If you served in Viet Nam, or in some of the out-of-country operations that prepared Agent Orange for shipment, or transported the chemical, get tested! I fought my wife over this for years - it wouldn't dare affect me!
I can't remember if she hid the keys to my Vette or something equally devious but I finally went in to a VA facility. And I showed her!!
Actually, she showed me! I am now in the Agent Orange care program with daily medication and regular testing. Fortunately, at this time, I'm not as bad off as others I know and the others mentioned above. If there even a remote possibility - get tested!
