I'm on the go look and see it club, you are only 2.5 hours away (2 hours if you drive like me ).
It only has 39K miles and it's a 2003 Z06 for the correct "asking" price of $20K. If everything checks out, I bet you can drive off in it for $18K which to me is a great deal.

Imo i probably would pass on this, why you ask me, simple no id of who did work, no id of work done. If you have a problem you may be hanging out there with no recovery option.

Do a little homework. See if you can find previous owner and see if he can give you the details on the mods.
With only 39K on the clock, if it looks really clean (paint. seats, etc.) chances are it was well cared for and you could be getting a really good deal on a correctly modded car.
However, if you cannot get info from LG or the prior owner, would be a risk. In that case before I spent a dime, I would find an independent known Corvette/Chevy speed shop to give it the once over.

I would absolutely pass. Wish I did, Engine blew up 3 months later and 7 grand out of my pocket. That was with building the engine myself, with a friends garage and lift and tools. AKA $0 Labor

Thanks all for the feedback.
I decided to pass. In any case, it's moot as I got an email informing me the car had sold.
So *someone* took the risk. Maybe they got it cheap. Good luck to them...

If you have little to no experience with hot rod cars. This is not
the car for you.
Good luck.

Probably someone read your post, and recognized the car, and jumped on it. There's a lot of chickensh!t advice here.
