This was from a post on the forum a long time ago (January 2012) and I'm not sure this company still handles GM licensing issues, but it's a starting point.
Try contacting Equity Management in San Diego, CA. They handle the licensing for use of GM logos. Point of contact is Rick Carmen (858) 558-2500.
You could also try Chevy Customer Assistance and see if they can direct you to the proper contact.
