Not a problem for me. Honestly, I don’t see why other drivers would be annoyed by that minor issue.

I got the back off third light. You can also add these to your other four lights. I have been told they are BAF.

Never had anybody say anything bad or neg about this. To install, all you have to do is remove inboard taillight and unplug the unit in. Gary

It's a Hella fog light, Bosch also has a similar one, I first installed it when I had the car in Europe, I have an oneway Isolator also that will allow it to be turned on constant, and come on with brakes applied.

I attached it using a L bracket to the tub. Simple.

I used to be crazed with tailgaters. Then I got a front and rear facing dashcam. Go ahead and hit me, @$$hole! I have your plate and your face if you take off.... And I have noticed I drive a lot better too knowing everything is recorded. I haven't needed it yet, but feel a lot better that it is there.

Couple of days back, I had to drive by the local hospital. An ambulance was a couple of cars ahead. When he put on his brakes, huge incredibly bright high mounted brake lights came on. Think headlight size and round. Obviously LED's as they were "instant" on. I guess where I am going with this is if your four regular oval rears are upgraded to decently high powered LEDs for brake lights, isn't that enough? Those ambulance lights certainly got my attention.
