I have a 1999 C5 Light Pewter and I'm planning change the upholstery. The interior is totally black but I prefer a bit more of color and order a 2 colors upholstery. One color will be black, for sure, but the other?. I like the black-white combination but the white seems easier to spot.
Could you send me pictures of combination you have (or made if you are a seller)?

I had a pewter with black interior 2000 and got tired of the all black interior. So I went with Vette Essentials (no longer in business but the color combo can be done by any vendor) and made mine a mod red interior. Here is a pic:
Somewhat along the same lines as Vetteman Jack except ours is Firethorn Red (almost a burgundy color) with the black. Sorry for a little shadowing, but the iPhone camera was really picking up the blue interior lights.
Ours is in a white C5 with black and firethorn stripes that tie in with the interior.
I agree with you about the white. You may want to consider a a pewter and black or gray or silver and black to tie in with your exterior color.
A good interior will last you many, many years so go with a color or color combination that you really enjoy.

I have a stock pattern from Ridies, the stitching is yellow but they have a number of options and the price, product and customer service are excellent. They also made me a matching leather armrest cover.
Remember to replace your foam if its getting old otherwise your leather will sag, wrinkle, etc
If I had to do it again Id take the seats to an upholsterer, pay more and get it perfect. Probably too picky but cant stand seeing new seats that dont look "tight".
Where are you guys getting the center console lids with the checkerboards? Those look awesome!
I ordered mine from mid america motorworks back in may 2018, but still on back order for the velocity yellow version. Don't know if other colors are on back order also.

Here's mine, I ended up not doing the foam as my originals were in very good condition, so it was not needed. With these newly recovered seats, they feel brand new now.
