Hey guys been online looking at some fog light bulb replacement for my 04. Is the Fog light bubs H11 ?? I would like to buy the entire package low beam high beam and fog lights I have been looking at Most Plus LED bulbs but they only show the H11 for the fog lights will the H11 work ?? The package has a decent price for $ 100 bucks not bad for the money just want to make sure I`m getting the right bulbs
Can’t say for sure, but I looked at Phillips, Syneticusa, and Sylvania sites and have not found any cross reference chart showing H11s fitting your 899 bulb socket. IIRC you can use 9005s which still should boost up your lighting. You'll just have to make sure the aligning of the light does not put it in the eyes of oncoming drivers.

OEM fog light bulbs are 899. To be plug-and-play, replacements should be 800 Series
I've tried numerous LED's for the low/high beam but they do not play well with the lens on the stock housings. While they are definitely brighter, there is no focus and the light is scattered.
These are the LED bulbs I run. They have been great and are as bright as most cars' normal low beams. I have driven using my fogs as low beams & kept the lights down on several occasions just to test.
Yep... they're $12. But if you can justify blowing $60 on a pair of nearly identical fog light bulbs, then whatever floats your boat....
Important note: they are easier to replace than the service documents suggest. I was about to take my car into the local hobby shop 'cus I don't have a jack. I wasn't looking forward to a multi-hour project. Then I googled and found this video where he does it in a couple of minutes.
tl;dr pop the headlights up, pop the hood, turn the foglights off, reach down next to the open headlight (on the center side) and remove/replace the foglight from there.

The $12 ebay lights don't fit and don't come with connectors, I took a gamble and lost
Could you post pics of the LEDs you got from the auction site? It almost sounds like they may have sent the incorrect size if the bulbs do not fit and they don't have the correct connectors.

They look just like the ones in post #7 without the connectors, I contacted the seller and was told that's the way the come, they do have a bayonet on each lead. The big thing was they won't fit the socket, they look similar to the stock bulb but are different enough so they will not fit, believe me I tried. so save your money and go with Raidoflyer, I have his DRL switchbacks and tail light bulbs and couldn't be happier, he has the GOOD stuff !
