Great pics and thanks for sharing them. So how were the crowds and number of vendors? Just curious to compare Carlisle to Bloomington Gold - which was pretty dead this year IMO.

If you were anywhere from late 50’s thought late 70’s there was stuff there for you. Only a handful of people with stuff for C4s and C5s - I was oleased to score a wiper cowl with good rubber on it for $50. A lot of people were packing up Sat afternoon - seems to start earlier and end earlier - my neighbor went out Thu AM

The crowds seemed same as usual. Weather was great, most acknowledge it was the best Carlisle weather ever. I participated in the Autocross. Posted my best time and almost made the top 8 until a bunch of high level drivers showed up all riding on Hoosier Gumball tires. Winner of the shootout was a well driven/prepared C6Z. I do think they should bring back classes so some of us ‘regular’ people had a shot at some kind of recognition.
There were lots of nice cars there as usual, tho’ the cars for sale area didn’t seem as full as previous years.
Here’s a couple of pix, one is a nice lineup of ZR1’s and the other a C7 Wrap in a very nice color. (IMO)

Thanks for the pics. As you said, it looked like a great field of parts for owners of C1-C3s.

One of these years I'll make it out there. Lance Miller and the people at Carlisle Events are top notch.

Well, I don’t know who’s being thanked here, but here’s a link to my flickr Carlisle 2018 Album. I usually take a lot more pix, but I spent a lot of time at the Autocross track. These are cars I was particularly fond of. Sorry about the lack of order on the ‘green skulls’ c6 pix, but my Ipad doesn’t allow ordering of them.
Regarding building an old one from parts, there was a lot of that available this year. There are a number of vendors selling VERY nice, full chassis designed to accept a variety of bodies, engine vendors, and vintage bodies in a variety of ‘disrepair’, some a bit scary as to what would be usable. (There was one that was more open fabric than solid ‘glass’.)
