Headlights and parking lights
When I turn on the parking lights my headlights pop up but not light.Turnig one more click turns on the headlamps.I thought by turning to the parking light setting just the parking lights go on and the headlamps stay down,I think there is a problem,

I know on my '04 when I turn the switch one click (parking lights) the headlights do stay down. Turn the switch one more click they turn on and come up. When I am driving at dusk I like to use the parking and fog lights and leave the air brakes (head lights) down.

My headlights stay down when only the parking lights are turned on.

change your headlight gears.

See if you have the TWILIGHT SENTINEL feature set to ON. You will need to get into the settings to turn it off using the buttons on the right side if the IPC and turn it OFF..
