Default Help IDing parts

Does anyone know what brand Intake this is, also what these little boxes are that are leading to my headlights? I can't seem to find much information on either of them. (Yes I know I need to change my filters)

Hard to say about the air intake - could just be a generic one that is available for the C5.

It is a dual cone intake, while this is an over simplification it most often causes engine accel/decel problems because it allows a slightly larger volume of air entering the MAF. This in-turns slows down the velocity of air entering the throttle body causing less gas to get into the combustion chamber which results in a lean running engine. The fuel trims try to make up for the shortage of gas and adds it to the mixture. Bottom line the engine is a little lean at take off, causing some hesitation and then has to much gas on decel and sometimes causes it to pop and crackle.
