I know this is a long shot but I just want to see if I can locate it and see what it's been up too. Unfortunately I have lost the contact information from the guy that bought it. Dont know of he still has it or not. It is a black 03 Z06 on black CCW classics. I sold it to a guy in Weatherford TX back in 2011 i think. Wish I still had the VIN. Here is a list of mods from when i sold it.
Thanks!

Go to where you had your car inspected in Texas., Have them pull your past records which will include the VIN.
Buy a CarFax and run the VIN number. That will tell you the State, location and County that the car is currently registered.
The Car Fax will show you any registered inspections and/or repairs and the shops where the work was done.
Call the local repair shop/dealer and ask them for the owners info. They may be hesitant, so give them your number and ask the repair shop to call the owner and relay your message and offer. Hopefully he will call you back.
48 hours max.

Beautiful C5Z! I recently purchased a 2003 C5Z, 24k miles on it, for a sweet deal. Now I've had numerous corvettes prior to this, but something about this car is just so much fun to drive! I hope you find the new owner and hear his story with the car.

that's actually not a horrible idea. I am off work until the 2nd of Jan. So I have some time on my hands. I just want to know if she is still rolling the streets somewhere. I am very happy with my current C6 Z but at times I do miss the C5.

That is actually the most sound and legal advice you can and will receive.
I never realized quite so much as until retiring after 30 years of Law Enforcement how powerful the information I had access to was.
That being said, it could only be accessed and used in the official capacity of duty, which is best for everyone.
Best wishes in your attempt to track your car down.
I will never let mine go, but may consider a newer one as an addition down the road.
