Assuming you are a guy, make sure you find out how much insurance costs before you buy. Most insurance companies will really gouge a young man with a sports car.

Also, regarding the cover, that was my plan too, but after doing a lot of research, I've read that putting a cover over a dirty car can actually cause damage to the paint by the cover dragging the dirt back and forth over the paint due to wind. I'd look carefully at that.

I love my Vette, but it's an expensive toy. Make sure you have thought through all the costs before you buy.

If you already have a beater to drive in the snow, I would say buy a Vette. If you don't buy that one and are still looking, I've got my 98 for sale and live in SE Michigan. Not sure of your budget or ability to drive a stick, but I'm not terribly far from you and could meet somewhere in between if interested. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...miles-16k.html
