Leno drives real collectibles, no benefit to worshipping these things, its just a car .
Op if you still enjoy it then hang onto it. When "youre done youll know".
Mine sits a lot also (medical) and is bad for it but sure am glad when I get to turn the key and go hammer on it.
Storing them will not keep them from falling apart or deteriorating..may as well use it

If a new car is not necessary - then take the money from selling the C5 and take her on a dream vacation... You only live once - create the unforgettable memories now, before it's too late...
I opted to build the addition, HOWEVER, zoning regulations in my area, wouldn't allow me to build an addition that was as wide as the former garage, so space (width wise) was TIGHT, for 2 cars to fit. It wasn't easy, but I lived with it for several years. However, after I retired, and no longer was commuting to work, using both of the cars, I began to wonder if the hassle was worth it. I opted to sell the Camaro, about 4 years ago. Do I regret it? Yeah, sometimes I do, as I feel that you can't have too many toys. But at least I don't have to jockey and squeeze two cars, a riding lawn mower, a snow blower, and a push mower, into a 1.5 car garage.....
If I didn’t have three vehicles to choose from for leisure driving the numbers will probably be higher unfortunately that’s just kind of what I have to work with. Or Fortunately. The final remainder of my driving was in my daily driver Florida escape

I discovered that my new to me 2012 GS convertible is rather uncomfortable driving with the top down in the heat. So, I started driving the 04 during the day. Love the C6 vert, but, can't take the daytime heat with the top down.
I did note that I seem to be driving the 04 more than the GS. I think I miss the manual trans. and I don't miss the sun baking my head.
I have decided I will keep the 04 for a while. Insurance is now $200/year and the taxes are $175/year. So the only added expense is gas. Who knows. It may even increase a little bit after the C8 comes out

you simply aren’t driving your Corvette enough OP
