east coast supercharging flashed my PCM
i posted my PCM in the mail on 4/19/19 and received it back on 4/30/19. this is great turnaround time.
i reinstalled the PCM last night and have driven the car a bit around the city and on the freeway. i am very pleased with the results. i have an LS6 intake on the car (it is a 2000) and a borla stinger exhaust.
it would be reckless to estimate an HP increase, as i have no idea what it was and now is. however, the drive-ability of my car is vastly improved. the shifting is exactly how i wished it was, prior to the tune. it stays in a lower gear a little longer, depending on where i have the accelerator depressed, and shifts into a lower gear much sooner and smoother when punching it at freeway speeds. also, it seems that the traction control is less invasive.
overall, i give ECS a big thumbs up.

in case ECS has a gander at my post, i do have a point of constructive criticism. it would have been nice to receive email notices that they received my PCM, what they were doing with it in exact terms (eg, how they were altering the shift points, etc.), and when they had sent it back.
this is the kind of work i do for a living and the above goes a long ways to keeping people happy.

If you are the nervous type, just call. I had some questions when I sent mine and customer service was fine. My experience was very similar to the OP. Best $150 I have spent considering the results. Would $500 dyno give much more for basic bolt-ons? Don’t think so

Hi Darell, glad to hear you are happy with our tune, generally we do email you tracking info on everything that ships out of here. Sometimes I finish tunes after the shipping dept has left, but before UPS has come, so I just get a label on it and ship so it leaves the same day. So I am most likely to blame for that, sorry!
it's all good. all of the annoying shifting issues are gone. no joke. it is much more predictable. thank you for the awesome tune and turnaround time.
