They can be ordered from just about any key vendor. I got mine at a “Post All” which is a all purpose mail place that does fed ex and stuff. Ordered the fobs from amazon to go with them.

Melting Slicks
- Using a multimeter, measure the resistance of your key pellet.
- Check the chart below and find the corresponding VATS No.
- Buy a blank with the correct VATS for your car (Google will help you )
- Make a duplicate in the place of your choice

Burning Brakes
Just had 2 made. Figured out what the resistance of my VATS key was, ordered the blanks on Ebay, and took them to my local locksmith who zipped them out for $2 ea.
