This works well if a fairly dirty engine. If only slightly dirty, just wipe down with a moist rag.

I'm the original owner. I've only ever used 303 and a rag. It's not perfect but looks pretty good.

I love 303!! That's my secret weapon for finishing any engine detail!

I found the rapid remover online (Amazon), but have found that the Meguiars super degreaser as well as their APC (also on Amazon)work very well. I have moved up to Optimum Power Clean diluted 3:1 and really like the cleaning power of that even more-no residue at all.
