I’m still trying to find out if I should get a tune and how much it would cost.

I got (or get) the feeling that I may have screwed up my car so much with the H pipe being removed and spacers it isn’t worth trying to do anything now. I’m still in the process of cutting out the radiator shroud so my Stinger air filter to get cool air. It’s not easy with that rock hard plastic to cut and do it correctly so it doesn’t look all hacked up.

There is a place here about 5 minutes from where I live. https://www.speedinc.com/

They installed my GHL cat back and lowered it 1”.

They also did what they called an LS1 edit.

I don’t know what that was, but I figured as long as it was already there I would have it done. Maybe they could see that I didn’t know what I was doing so they just ripped me off for the $150. Now they show that they do all kinds of tune. Some kind of BASIC TUNE OR DYNO TUNE. I really don’t know what to do. I’m from the years of tuning my car with a cable, no computers. We would do adjustments, change the plugs and blah blah blah.

When I changed my exhaust I gave away my stock mufflers to some kid around here for free and stock air box.

I figured that if I have it and you need it, I don’t need to make a few $. He told me that the place I went to had a reputation for doing bad work.

I don’t know if anybody that lives in the Chicago area knows the place.

Is this the motor boat sound, or just a crappy sound? I would never want that terrible thing. I can't imagine what it sounds like in the car.
Or is that the FIRE CRACKER sound?

Maybe as bad as RAP, boom, boom, boom, boom.
I was near a guy in his car. The thud thud thud thud was so loud it was making the trunk rattle.

It was most likely louder than standing next to a dragster with 8,000 HP.
He probably needs to wear ear plugs. Maybe he was just playing it for OUR listening pleasure.

"Excuse me you RAP ****, what instrument do you play in your band?" “ I play the record player, YO”
