Very happy with the Conti Extreme Contact Sports on my Z. I'm running 275/40 front and 295/35 rear. I thought about going 255/40 up front, but it just looks stretched on a 9.5" rim plus the manufacturers recommended size for that rim is the 275. In a perfect world a 275/35 up front would be nice, but nobody makes one so. Here is what the 275/295 combo looks like and yes I know she needs to be lowered, lol.

Just to be clear, the tire specs for the Extreme Contact tire in a 255 40 17 size is for a rim width of 8.5 to 10 inches. With a section width of 10.2 inches.

Yes, hopefully I'm not confusing anyone. The 255/40 has a recommended rim size of 9.0" while a 275/40 has a recommended rim size of 9.5" (factory Z06 front rim). Either can be used.

So your running 275/35-17 front and rear or is it 275/35-18? I thought most people running the square set up we're using 295/35-18 since they're using 4 of the 18x10.5" Z06 rear rims.

Hi, Steve
It's 275/35 18s on all fours. The wheels are 18 x 9.5.

Default Charlie I have 275 35 zr 18s on the front and 335 30 zr 19s on the rear.S

I have 275 35 zr 18s on the front and 335 30 zr 19s on the rear. So I'm thinking that could be a bit spendy for the the rest tires. I've found the front tires for a fairly reasonable price.
