Looking to Replace Brake Rotors
Looking for drilled/slotted rotors. Daily driver so nothing special. Mid grade ok.
What brand and/or vendor. Tired of researching.
Thanks!

I saw nothing but postive feedback for the Brakemotive kits you can get on Ebay. Plated rotors with decent pads reasonably clean. All for under 200 bucks.
Would I track the car with them? probably not but they stop very nicely when needed for everyday purposes.
The Zinc plating has held up perfectly so far. About 3k miles and some rain.

Yeah, for a daily driver, those hilariously cheap kits for like $180 will do the job.

Had brake motive zinc plated rotors with their pads on my Z for 4 years before I upgraded to C6 Z06 brakes. I occasionally did the back road spirited cruising and they served me well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm planning to try out the Autozone Duralast GT slotted rotors here soon. Has anyone had any firsthand experience with them yet? About $75 each for the rears and they look pretty cool to those of us that aren't fans of drilled rotors

Been on brake motive for 4 years. Vette is a Daily driver. They probably have 60k miles of use on them. They still look great.
Also been on the S2k for 4 years. Also on the wifes Taurus SHO and put some on my Dad's tacoma.
Brakemotive rotors and pads can't be beat for price, performance, and looks.
If they made them for the Viper, I would put them on it.
Put them on, break them in, and you are set.

Yeah that was literally the first time I had ever used them
Don't do that anymore. As a matter of fact I actually have a video on youtube about not needing them.

You probably just want drilled, don’t really need slotted rotors for DD

Don't need drilled or slotted for street. It looks cool, though. I am sure OP wants the looks.

Went with AC Delco rotors, P/Ns: 18A946, 18A947, 18A948, 18A949. Amazon has them all for $141 right now, but last month I snagged all 4 for $83 (I'm always deal hunting).

You will not find a better deal than BrakeMotive. $140for all 4 rotors and ceramic pads.
