Odometer discrepancy
I was looking at a C5 the other day, I'd say its in fair/good but not great condition. So it has an odometer discrepancy on Autocheck where the sequence looks like someone either typed or wrote a 6 instead of a 5 during one of its logged events. So it goes something like 51 to 67 to 64 and is at 64 now.
Would you still consider this car or walk away? Normally I would walk away but I have never bought a 20 year old car and maybe it doesn't matter as much with a car this old.

Someone probably did fat finger that. Run multiple reports, not just Autocheck. Carfax, badvin.org etc and get a more accurate pic. I doubt the owner went through the trouble of rolling back the odometer 3k miles on a 20 year old car

Well, if YOU're wondering and thinking about walking away.. so would other prospective buyers, when it comes time for you to sell it. So.. maybe just keep looking ? If you don't care about that then..... Enjoy it!
