Default Spark plugs

I'm going to replace the spark plugs and wires on my newly acquired 1999 coupe. I plan on using the red Z06 wires (as I've read they are better than the stock C5) but I'm confused on which spark plugs to use. I want to stick with AC Delco but looking to order on RockAuto there is copper, platinum, double platinum, iridium, and ruthenium. They are priced according, $1.44, $2.85, $4.78, $22.79 , and $13.94
So what is stock or what is everyone using?

I did my research and made a thread about this not too long ago...ended up going with GM Performance Red wires and NGK TR55's for my stock 02Z.

Think it would depend on what you're going to do with your car. Per example, I just cruise down the road less traveled, not into racing or high speeds anymore. Done most all my go fast days on motorcycles. The stock stuff lasted over 100K miles on my car so went with stock wires and iridium GM plugs. Just be sure you get new wires as I had a few come apart on me when changing them.

I agree, it also depends on the power level and mods if any
