I'm confused......easily obviously. Why on earth would you detail and customize someone else's new Vette?

I'm not quite that slow I don't think. Congrats on the new to you Vette. Hope it's just as enjoyable as the C5 was. It's still a red one too. Thanks for sharing it with us.

I definitely think that in your new cars case with all the black accents on the car that the black wheels make it. That's just my opinion of course.

Bill, it looks like someone's had some fun in that car looking at the tread on the front tires. Wooohoooo.

IN the first two days of ownership, Ive put two coats of Zaino on it together with the customary clay bar prep process.

Curious why you passed on the c8?

I’m probably going (used) exotic next but the 8 has my eye.

Good to see you still wanting to participate in the C5 section since you add valuable input to the C5 platform.

Congrats on the C7 too - hope you like yours as much as I am liking mine.

I didn't pass on it, I already explained that in this thread... allocation slots are already filled for 4,000 cars.. Im not paying 3 or 4 grand over MSRP for a car from a dealer who may only have a ten car allocation for the year. may dealers already have their 2020 allocations sold. I can wait until the smoke settles. Ive already upgraded two generations and its just a toy. When it right and Im still breathing, I will buy one. Im not going to be without a toy for the next year.. This C7 is absolutely perfect for my needs. Its Like De ja Vous all over again.

Your knowledge and insights on the C5 are absolutely irreplaceable. Incredibly valuable to the C5 community. Hoping that everything is going as well as possible for you, sure do you wish you the best. Congrats on the C7, purdy! I'm still with my '99 6m vert, still in love with it and have no desire to change although I could probably be lured by a '67 big block coupe w/air. Well, once again, wishing you well and thank you for your service to our nation so many years ago.

Sorry to hear you sold the c5; but glad to see you’ve a new piece of excitement in your life. Sometimes a new spark can really help us along in other places where we need that push the most. Please enjoy in good (or as good as possible) health.
