If these are the only 2 DTC’s you see it is bank 2 (right side) sensors 1 and 2 !!...not all 4 !!....only 2 sensors are involved...this can be a LEAN condition like clogged injectors on that side so it is NOT necessarily O2 sensor related !!...as I tell many here because it is an O2 sensor code doesn’t mean the O2 sensor is bad !!...does your scan tool show fuel trims (short and long terms)..,what are your long terms reading on your scan tool ??...if they are higher than 10% you have a lean issue on the right bank !!..,if you can “graph” your O2’s when you “get on it” do the O2 sensors go below 450 Mv ???...you may also have an exhaust manifold leak anywhere up to the front O2 sensor !!

Thank you....I have a cheapo scanner....it did throw the other 2 sensor codes....I did not screen shot those.

The car has 60k miles....just was driven less than 1000 miles year for the last 11 years the past owner said.....might be clogged injectors.....still runs like a bat out of hell.

I will put some injector cleaner in...what do you recommend? Thank you for your help

Ok, if you confirmed that you have the other 2 codes this changes the whole story !!...now you can have a vacuum leak, weak fuel pump (fuel delivery issue) or possibly a dirty MAF sensor. You need to look at fuel trims to make a correct diagnosis....see if that scan tool of yours show fuel trims ...if not maybe take the car to a diagnostic shop !!....usually a lean condition will set a P0171 and P0174 but you still have to do some diagnosing !!

P0158 is HIGH voltage bank 2 sensor 2 !!...the 0159 doesn’t exist !!...one of the DTC you have is LOW voltage bank 2 sensor 2 (P0157)...doesn’t make sense having a high and low voltage DTC on the same sensor !!!

I would delete those DTC’s and see what comes back,,,don’t turn the key off and see if those DTC’s are “current” in your scan tool !!
